You hotfix Singed, but Janna hasn't been touched

She needs a game play update outright. She covers too much of the defensive spectrum on her own. Only way for her to not take top spot as a support is if Lulu's broken by the numbers again...someone ELSE that could use a game play update.

Janna is a support and that's the biggest factor behind it. Trying to advocate for a support to be nerfed is almost pointless especially on this forum where supports are golden cows who can't be broken.
