So I pretty much only play ARAM nowadays, mainly because SR is just shit. At least ARAM can be fun most of the time. But one thing I don't get is why Kaisa does 12% more damage there. As if she wasn't already broken enough in SR. Seriously I fucking hate that champion so much, every time I see her I feel sick.
AP Kai'Sa is something else in ARAM. Her W pretty much ignores the poke reduction.
Because some kaisas dont realise they shouldnt R next to a fizz( near any assasin actually) that's 1/3 hp when fizz cooldowns are coming up.
Or kaisas thinking they should always go AD or on hit when Ap can be better depending on comp.
Some of them buffs are stupid do you know leblanc/akali have +12%damage dealt and -10% damage taken, some of rito aram 'balancing' is stupid.
Because riot instead of nerfing and buffing around top 10% ARAM MMR accounts balance around the entire spectrum.
Her win-rate in ARAM is pretty bad. Basically she is one of those champs that's really good if you know how to play her but you can't pick her up the first time and expect to do well.
That's why I expect that she is buffed.
In my opinion though (in ARAM only) champs should not be balanced around their collective win-rate but rather a combination of collective win-rate + winrate with players experienced with her.
Champs should be balanced for both how good they are for a beginner and how good they are for an experienced player.
Aram buffs are stupid Damage dealt needs to cost more than Damage taken. If you do 1% more damage you should take 2% more damage if you take 2% less damage you need to do 1% less damage.
