Any news about the Lulu changes?

On the PBE there were some nerfs to Lulu's survivability, by either hitting her base health or scaling health. The reason is that solo lane Lulu is too strong, but it will also hurt support Lulu. Do you think a spell thief buff is enough as compensation?

I just hope you learned from the situation one year ago (patch 4.13): “As an aside, we know this isn't a great situation where we keep indirectly reducing support Lulu's power to maintain her viability as a mage, so this is something we'll have to really consider for the future.” I hope that was not giving us false hope.
