That would literally mean could blind you then stand still and you wouldn't know where he is...we don't need that bastard getting anymore synergy with his kit, we wouldn't be able to see him throw his R down either...

Shortsighted is the most cancer mechanic in the game, no thanks.

Blinding Dart should be replaced with something more interesting and that creates more skill expression. It doesn't have to be a blind.
