Funnel Easy fix, reduce gold income from the Jungle, and increase the experience. This also soft nerfs Mid laners that abuse wraith camp farming, I'm looking at you Karthas.

Why play a high skill requirement champion like Zed or Talon, when other champions do it better; with CC and better lategame power?

Aery's shield bonus will never outshield any offensive rune.
There's controversy right now about Runes, that it's made the game unique again by providing different champions in different lanes. I'd say its the COMPLETE opposite. You can't even use some champions anymore, look at the winrates.
