Considering how immature and toxic many players are in text-based chat (which can be easily reviewed and monitored), I would rather not have to deal with their idiocy in voice-chat (where Riot would have a harder time verifying toxicity).

Pings are generally sufficient for communication. For anything they don't cover, you can add a couple words for context. For example:

• Bush Warded: Blue Ping + "Warded"
• Bait Baron: Ping Baron + "Bait"
