how do you shut down this champ? She seems strong at all stages of the game abuse her range?

when I was playing yesterday on my alt account, I couldn't really find a weakness on her to easily exploit because I just banned cait and then it was like I didn't fear any other adc

Short range, (generally) weak early game, requires expensive items and her core upgrades to become effective.
