SO, What The Fuck is this matchmaking riot ? In RANKED game ? Maybe something's wrong ?

edit 2 : Team 1 are premades of 3 and 2, and Team 2 are 3 premades and 2 solos.

This is what happens when there isn't anyone to play. The top end players aren't playing. Why in do I get diamond and master/challenger in just about all my normal games.... Not enough players or players with = rank that are queing.

Its a sign of lower population.

Clearly you guys should also be challenger but there wasn't enough room. So the matchmaking system made you face them.

the only thing i can come up with to explains this situation is this:

someone at riot was like "you know what? noone takes flexq serious so why not just copy pasta the mechanics of normal game mmr to flex? that will spicy things up a bit"

the other thing i can think of is the standard stuff: typical broken riot stuff, but since the community blindly supports riots weird systems since years, riot never bothered fixing them.
