quinn was never good since release ,now all complain about 58% winrate,
winrate isnt everything and i bet she will be gutted into unplayability ,unlike lets say vayne or jinx

Salt Miner 49 Er1 votesHonestly her Q being an execute is part of the issue with her. It's nothing else in her kit that even remotely feels aggravating to fight against. If it doesn't do that anymore and just applies the Graves style blind, then they just need to take a look at the base damage because no other AD has an ability that uses 1.6x the total AD barring ultimates.

Then as I said the base damage needs to be looked at then. Currently at Rank 5 it's 145 (1.6x total AD), which at like 112 AD (just a BF Sword on most AD carries), it'll do 324 damage and blind in that AoE as well as proc her Harrier passive on them for another 1.5x total AD auto.
