Viktor is hopefully getting a buff next patch... Skarner was a strong pick last season during Worlds, good control of the Jungler and gank level 6. Most of those are seen in the competitive scene, excluding Zilean, Xerath and Amumu.

to thin that list a bit, victor, rumble, mumu, and xerath are all somewhat relevant. shen has his mains and shows up cam got hyper nerfed and really cant function well as an assassin or a tank...so shes neither varus is basically an ad mage, once his poke falls off he doesnt know how to auto. maybe a good sup pick? skarner is just kinda underwhelming compared to most other tanks. but his passive is pretty fun sol is a high skill, low interest champ...its not like sona who does a ton but is boring, nor a azir who is fun but high skill. and zil is outclassed by sups and midlaners are all more interesting
