Simple change to Azir that has been a problem since rift herald was released. Azir's soldiers can not proc the eye being able to deal true damage. I agree with this to the extent that it prevents Azir from being able to easily solo the thing. However, Its annoying when Azir is doing it with his one other person, and he can't use his soldiers to proc the eye. My suggestion is that, whenever Azir and His soldiers are on the side that would proc the eye, it does.

Basically any champion with a few items can solo this thing, lets be real here.
The herald not instantly tracking you is a change I like, however it makes it easy for any champion to solo it, provided they had the time.
You can also proc the eye from weird angles too, I've proc'd it before while being on the side of the herald.
And, as a further note, Azir's W and auto attacks in W range do not count as auto attacks, they count as spells, which is why i despise 
when I'm azir.
i mean the whole point of the new rift is that it can be solod by almost any champ...
