compared to fiddle who will be getting +10 armor when he takes no damage anyway LMAO. fiddle should gain HP per lvl and vlad should gain fuck all!
vlad is not only rotten by design, hes overtuned by numbers.
I'm pretty sure all base stats increases are calculated from what runes were commonly run on certain champs. Vlad commonly runs HP/level runes so the stats are probably to make up for the loss of it.
Fiddle was added ac because all support mages got it. Which he is.
With that being said I don't understand why all the AD got buffs. AD has more AD than I have AP now during games..... its kinda sad.
