Something that is unkillable and can kill anything is so bad for the game..
Mcprowlington2 votesYi's ult and E make him significantly less susceptible to kiting. He can actually murder your adc when they hardly have time to react. Shyvana's only backline access comes in the form of a wonky ultimate that you can never use more than once per fight. Otherwise, her only mobility is a moderate speed boost that lasts about 3 seconds if you use it before you're actually on someone.
Being tanky and doing lots of damage is healthy and has been established as such. Being tanky, having mobility (with resets that are designed to be risk rewards but become guaranteed because of said tankyness) and having lots of damage is not.

Yi has a reliable gap closer, invulnerability to slows, does all damage types with a innate tank heal. That+his passive and AS boost just completely destroys when rageblade+devourer are there by themselves then he goes full tank.
Not to mention Yi has the highest MS in the game with a MS increasing ulti.
