Oh wait riot wont make custom games truly custom with simple global buffs / debuffs..
redniwediS1 votesHow about a game mode where the voting system from one for all is used to select a class, and then everyone gets to pick a champion from that class?
It won't completely solve your problem, but it would create a mode that doesn't just have certain champions arbitrarily removed.
