eves W change was a huge nerf and heres why

first of all, her W is a flat 15 seconds at all ranks so unless ur running full CDR, which is impractical on eve btw, it is going to take alot of spell hits to see any kind of meaningful reduction.

2ndly, her W resets on both kill and assist, so she didnt even need this completely useless change to begin with. she was already fantastic at "hit and running" WAY before this change because of her W reset. if you got triforce on her she was even better at it.

3rdly, removing the move speed stacks is a HUGE deal on eve. without those stacks COMBINED with the nerf you guys did to her Q missle speed awhile back, it is almost impossible for her to stick to a target now. the reduction she gets from spell hits on W is just not nearly enough because its a skill that is maxed last and is staying at 30% ms for the majority of the game.

i love eve, but this newest change is the nail in the coffin for me. i cant player her at all. she is not the champ i fell in love with cuz of her mobility and positioning with stealth. she is no longer an assassin but instead a VERY WEAK bruiser that is complete trash at soaking up damage and complete trash at dishing out damage. she is in need of a 2nd FULL rework aswell as a VU. it is absolutely ridiculous what you did to this champion, and it was never her fault. YOU guys decided to remove oracles, YOU guys decided to limited pinks to only 1 per person, YOU guys decided to make pinks visible. and best yet you still wonder why stealth champions are a "problem" in league after the huge nerfs to stealth detection you made.
