Okay let's try this approach

When i'm top lane, how best to deal with a Pantheon, here's my 4 champions, Garen, I know auto than q than e back off that's how I beat him is by winning trades, till I get him low enough then ult. Now Jax, how do I really deal with him, do I not engage him, hug turret, what playstyle should I play versus him? Trundle what can I do against him with Trundle? As well as Gangplank any help on this subject would be good, and please none of that play other champions I play 8 and have master their kits and now am just trying to learn to improve, fact is I like my pool I use and even if that was an option of simply pick another champion what happens if I already picked a Gangplank, than they pick Pantheon what do I do then? Please no trolls and no comments saying you just die, legitimate help would be nice tired of being shit on and having no impact in a game when facing a Pantheon.

Pantheon is an anti-melee lane bully. You shouldn't be winning any of the matchups you mentioned, and it's hard to try to give advice, because it also depends on how good the Pantheon is. You should however outscale him everytime in these matchups, so just don't die. The most important is to get the experience of the minions, so even if you don't CS at all, stay at range of minion exp. and outscale him anyway. Try to CS a bit undertower without taking too much free damage. As GP I guess it will be easier than the other matchups because you can farm at range with Q and barrels. The thing with Pantheon is since he's a poke-based champion, to beat him with the champions you mentioned you have to all in him (except if you play GP). But he's very scary earlygame and he snowballs like a monster. It's hard to tell when exactly you have enough damage to outright beat him in an all in (especially if he denies you a lot of CS and you're behind in items ; which is very common in these matchups), I guess you just need experience for that. A lane advice I would give you is to try to have the minion wave close from your tower the most possible, so that you are safe and he can't zone you out. If the lane is pushing towards him, try to have it push all the way to his tower, SO THAT it bounces back to your tower and you're back in the good minion wave scenario (ideally, lane freezing just outside of your tower range. But if he's not stupid, he's going to try to do the same thing, aka push it all the way so that it bounces back to his side. Yet people don't bother about lane control that much until surprisingly quite high elo; so maybe you're gonna be fine). Anyway, trying to trade Pantheon is usually a bad idea. Think more about controlling the minion wave and generally outscaling him. Remember he's an earlygame lane bully and falls off lategame.

He pushes me to tower every game I play against him so freezing lane is out of the option he does his one ability to clear the wave and pushes hard into my tower.

So your saying I shouldn't try to trade, or poke just farm minions against him, maybe you could help me with an issue I'm having a bot lane against Jhin/Jinx Morgana/Lux.

Uh unfortunately I'm kinda garbage at botlane, I'm a top/jg main. Botlane is kinda different because you actually want to push in general, no matter the matchup. Even though it opens you to ganks. Yeah I dunno, I don't want to say something when I actually don't master this lane well. I might say crap^^

If you are playing Gangplank against panth and jax and what not, don't expect to do anything in lane ever against them, your job is to survive lane phase till late game where you one shot someone with 0 counterplay

Pantheon is strong early game, everyone knows that. He has a point and click gap-closer stun, an annoying poke, strong damage on his E and a defensive mechanic that blocks autos. You don't trade with him, except if you are particularly as strong early. But still, he has poke as a melee champion, which is annoying. Try to survive, miss cs if you have to, and wait till you get to level 9 or something to beat him.

Remember, he doesn't have an ulti to 1v1 you, and you do, so take advantage of that.

Most fighters like Irelia, Fiora, Riven beat Pantheon easily after level 7. Just learn the match ups.

If it's a good Panth you have two options...

  1. Don't be squishy (not even remotely)
  2. Play passively and do NOT give him a kill

Panth is downright oppressive early, almost as much as Lee Sin, but it comes at at cost. He NEEDS to secure an early lead because he falls off harder than most champs in the game. Play a tank, or someone with a fair amount of utility in their kit, that way you can be more useful later.

Trundle can deal with Panth better than most melees due to his sustain. Post 6 you "can" win trades against him, but you still have to be careful until around mid-late game. Trundle outscales Pantheon because of his utility, so forcing fights against him isn't even necessary. Just counter-build and farm under tower.

With Garen, rush Sunfire and Tabi. DO NOT rush Black Cleaver against a Pantheon in lane, that's pretty much asking to lose.

Problem is when I play garen or trundle I'm normally the teams tank cuz nobody wants to build a tank while trundle it sucks cuz His core build isn't really tanky anymore

Tanky Trundle is best Trundle bro, now and forever.
