item 3140

I know it's hard to buy items that aren't in meta builds... but if it's screwing you over... invest in tenacity or a QSS

i main teemo so i don't really buy this item :/

Just because you main someone, doesn't mean that you shouldn't concider grabbing an item if it makes your life easier, despite it not giving the most optimal stats.

Plan on split pushing? Grab a Banner or Zzk'Portal Up against a lot of stuns? Get a QSS item. Up against a lot of MR? Stop building AP, and just build MR. Up against a lot of burst? Get some HP.
