Now that you're nerfing the movement speed on Runic Echos from 10% to 7%, you're totally going to revert those Elise nerfs right? Because you've learned from the past to not nerf champions because they're OP with an item and then nerf the item without reverting the champion nerf? Right?

Considering that drop from 10%MS to 7%, is still more than the 0% MS RuinGlaive gave her. I wouldn't count on it.
I do wonder though, what exactly prompt them to do this? If it was Udyr, then then a non mage impacting a mage item, really screws over one quarter of the Jungle base. But at the same time, Elise and nid, are Strong pick in the LCS, which would suggest that it would be problematic.
For Runic echo as a whole. It's definitely helped with AP diversity, but perhaps it has reached it's limit. And that any AP Jungler buffs would have to come on a champ to champ basis.
I feel like if they didn't nerf this they'd have nerfed Elise directly, so I don't think there'll be any reverts. I love Elise but she's a bit much at the mo, so she wasn't gonna avoid hits.
