If Sona is allowed to have utility and high damage, why shouldn't they be allowed to have good damage as well (without being insanely fed)? I would much rather have a team of utility champions then a team with multiple assassins.

Instead, to compete with Sona, I think the range on her Q needs to be increased, her base movement speed needs to be increased, and she needs shorter cooldowns all around. I think all of those things would make lulu much easier to play with.
Kayle is a mid laner in my eyes. Her kit doesn't really compare to any supports. Her damage is really just too high.
