Maybe more proc damage, more ap, or an active.
Maybe even being built with some other component like 
, defensive stats or HP.
The thing is that both are pretty similar, so combining them could lead to a stronger proc.
The NidaLee Sin1 votesi was actually hoping there could be a hextech on hit effect item that didnt have the same passive as sheen so I could use it with lich bane, but was sad to find they didnt make one. Kind of disappointing
