What I really want this preseason

Besides a overall rebalancing of runes from the ground up.

Is I want Riot to go through every single skill shot in the game and fix how they feel to use. I'm not talking about making them better or worse. I mean I want their hitboxes all to be looked at and fixed. If you have to somehow remove elevation and try to make the map more flat to make up for it do so. I hate seeing things have their hit box in one place but actually be somewhere else because of the elevation. It's like flipping a coin on making the right decision and actually makes certain sides of the map stronger than others.
