Can we give Vayne an active on her W?

Like bonus attack speed or automatic true damage on hit? I think a Ashe like effect would be cool.

As of right now its very underwhelming and difficult to use especially in teamfights.

Obviously she would give something up as a result. My brother wrote a rework concept for her that moves her W to her passive alongside only dealing 90% AD on basic attacks and has her W be an active mark that gives her movement speed and attack speed against the marked target.
