I've considered getting a Wit's End or Bork after Cinder, but honestly the only reason to build these two is for more damage, which helps in clear speeds or ganks. It'd be so late in the game that you finish it (Especially with his clears and meh ganks) that it won't help ganks much, and as for clears, he'll already be behind and Cinder helps clears. That leaves only sticking power with bork. So, my questions are this:

Is Shen Jungle decent now, in your opinion?
Would you build Bork/Wit's End at all?
If so, which one, and when?

botrk for slow active (good with skirmish smite) or wits end if you want to help your ap champs do more damage. also depends on if your team has too much ad damage. if the enemy is building armor no use getting botrk unless you also plan on getting BC

wits end's is nice if you're on a budget. can also go tabis.

Still feels like a Tier 4 jungler..Worse than just about every offpick I've ever used. Talon jungle feels more effective.

If I were to get one, I would get wits end. It would enhance your cinderhulk and thornmail damage while in combat. But I would probably forgo wits end for more tank items, Randuin's for instance or Spirit Visage. Even GA would be a good pickup. But if you wanted Wits End, it's not a bad pickup. BoRK really isn't bad either as it's passive and active are both really useful on Shen.

As far as his viability, I would say he's not bad. His ganks aren't really bad, his E is a pretty strong CC for any lane he's ganking for (though it's hard to hit), and with his Ult, he has the potential to countergank anywhere the enemy jungler shows up.

His clear is slow at first, but incredibly safe thanks to his Q and W. Once you complete cinderhulk, clears get faster as is expected. He has a high supportive role as a tank, which makes him a pretty good fit for the jungle. He is outclassed by others, but he's definitely not the worst jungler, and he might be the best in the role of counterganking.
