New Sorcery Keystone Idea (if we're doing those now): Implosion
Implosion
Tree: Sorcery Tier: Keystone
After hitting an enemy champion with an ability, (see below for ability "filter") they are slowed by 10%, rapidly increasing to 99% over 0.5 seconds.
After the delay, an implosion occurs on the enemy, dealing 20-110 on level (+15% AP, +35% bonus AD) adapive damage in a small radius (about the radius of a Xerath W, with the target champion being the "center" of the W) around the enemy.
Nearby enemy champions damaged by the implosion will suffer the same slow and AoE damage and can pass on the effect to other enemy champions. This can pass on infinitely but the damage is reduced by 25% every time a new wave occurs after the initial implosion.
Cooldown: 28-8, based on level.
ABILITY FILTER: AoE abilities (lux E, brand W) will not proc this. DoT abilities will proc this as long as they are not AoE. All projectiles that are not Aoe effects (anivia or xerath q) will proc this ability but if they are multi-target (lux q, for example) they will only proc on the first target. Do not confuse multi-target effects with AoE effects. Brand's ult, for example, is multi-target, and Brand's W is AoE. Malzahar's E (when the target dies) is multi-target, and Malzahar's Q is AoE. Multi-target effects are fine; AoE is not.
I think this would be a fun addition to sorcery to give "catcher mages" like Lux and Zyra a little edge. Your thoughts?
Ignore the spelling mistake in Poll Option 4. I ran out of room for the word "concept.
