What is Riot going to do to Rengar

It seems no matter what happens rengar is always at top 5 bans... He is not used in lcs, he doesnt have godly win rate but players hate him.

The rework fixed nothing, he can still jump on you with no warning if he has tier 2 boots and item 3142 , he is still a feast or famine champ that is either useless or killing everyone in 0.2 secs, honestly the only thing that changed was the poke he had with E but at the same time he gained a hard cc from stealth to lock ppl up.

bursting every apc/adc in 0.36 second with stealth..... #counterplay, oh wait they deleted silences to kassadin, leblanc and talon.... NOPE u can see [!] above ur head, it must to be enough ;D

AT WHAT RANK?! Surely they should be banning Garen, Darius, Fiora, Vayne, Mordekaiser and Skarner 100% of the time at the moment?

I've never seen Rengar banned. Maybe its just my elo where not many people can play him right anyway but I've only seen a Rengar in one of my ranked games, never seen him banned in Ranked, rarely seen him banned in norms and I rarely see him played in norms anyway.
