"Releasing such a big patch before Worlds was bullsh^t"

Truth.

I don't care about the subject matter here, but seriously, fuck Montecristo.

Releasing such a big patch before Worlds was bullsh^t

Why does it matter? All the teams have to play on the same level playing field. All the same "OP" champions are available to all the teams on equal levels. All the teams had equal amounts of time to adapt to the same exact changes.

Not sure which comment was more true that no one wanted to say:

The huge patch change right before worlds was BS. vs. North America got no one out of groups, and that was still over-performing.

That said, I expected more on how the first led to the second. I think there's no way C9 goes 3-0 in week 1 if the other teams had more time to adapt to the meta.

Patch notes OP Yo This is one Monte is definitely wrong about. You don't need a pro game to practice whats OP that is what scrims exist for.
