Is CS for mastery adjusted for role?

For instance, Wukong is played both Top and Jungle pretty much evenly. Top lane Wukong is obviously going to have more CS than Jungle Wukong. My question; is CS for your mastery grade adjusted for the role? If it just compares Wukong across all roles, then getting a good CS score would become much easier on Top Wu and much more difficult on Jungle Wu
