Rito lies, cheats, and steals. C'mon. They don't give a sht about us. They want us to lose the lp and then spend more time playing THEIR game to get it back. Their response: "If you were there once, you'll probably get there again."

(assuming this is on their broke ass connection problems rn - just lost a game where only 1 person on my team connected against 5)

Kinda agree on " They want us to lose the lP and then spend more time playing their game to get it back" Has anyone ever won 5-6 games in a row and you're moving up the ladder( you know better players) only to have 4 really bad players like even if they're ranked is GOld 1 they play, act and rage like B5 players or they're boosted.

You're on a win streak - Riot gives you garbage players so it's crazy hard to continue and win with them and stop your winning streak. Finish Silver 2 a year ago- that's nice now get placed B5 after placements a year later, so you can play even more games and spend more time playing our game.

Well I mean League is centered around both a Competitive mentality and a Mob mentality; everyone plays League because it's the most popular PC game so everyone else wants to play it too, while the Competitive aspect of the game is what keeps people addicted. Someone can say "I'm quitting league because of this" and riot will act concerned, but in Riot's mind they are thinking "See you in a week, xd"

of course people will keep playing to get their LP back.

That's true League is a fun game and I do see the " see you in a week" is true as so many players have said " I'm done with League" only to play again like a week later aka Dunkey cough cough. I'v had around 25 friends play League 2 years ago but now it's around 3 the other friends don't even play anymore like at all, not even normals. I asked them why and they said the reasons above in my previous post but also said it's the same o' same o'.

Takes Riot forever to realize what's op and not op. I mean do you remember when they came up with Thunderlords the mastery? Everyone had it supports, AD, Tanks etc it was so OP and yet it took Riot like 6 months to realize it and tune it down some.

This was something I thought of a while back and wanted to see your opinion on the matter if you don't mind?

  • Lets say you play Ranked in your first year in 2017 ok ? You have above 5.0 cs per min, you ward constantly, you don't spam ping, rage or act toxic, you have a positive KDA, kill participation, and you win about 60+ ranked games while playing around 150 max with all of those categories every 2 years no matter if you stayed in Bronze you move up 1 tier from Bronze to Silver if you have qualified in most or all of those categories.
Kinda hard to explain what I mean but hopefully you can see what I mean.

I'd be able to relate, but I've only played League for like 6 months and I rage a lot, act toxic 90% when I rage, etc. Well, I don't do it anymore at least... but anyway... on my main I peaked at Silver 5 during Season 6 before I was perm-banned, and it was somewhat difficult for me to adapt to the changes in Season 7 (ADC main.. RIP.) But I understand where you're coming from, even though I haven't improved much since I first started playing the game, I still feel the need to keep playing simply because I have the mentality that one day I will get better at the game, and that when I get better the game will be more enjoyable because I will win more. Obviously it's not really worth it in the end---it's not like you can put **_"Plat 3 in League of Legends" _**on your resume when applying for a job-----and in reality, when you are losing MORE games than the amount of games that you win, it's really not fun (at least in my situation, it's a main cause of rage for me). It kind of defeats the purpose of the game if you're not improving and it ends up not being fun since games are usually supposed to be fun, but it really depends on the person and their skill. Tarzaned has fun playing the game because he's the best jungler in NA, Revenge has fun playing the game because he's been Rank 1, you get the point. Only the good players truly enjoy the game a majority of the time. But in the end, it's hard to quit, even if you're trash (me).

Why? It's because Riot only cares about high diamond, and master +. They'll spend 23.9999 hours a day fixing their issues because Riot makes lots of money off of them. Remember when they adjusted Diamond and up's matchmaking so there wasn't massive division crossover? Well they didn't fix silvers getting matched with plat's because apparantly that's a "rare case" but I see it all the time...

Honestly League is geared towards professional play... haven't seen an update that specifically applied to bronze - gold in forever.

Well my friend, you basically have to coddle your lesser talented teammates because they're your biggest liability. You have to make sure you encourage them and reassure them. If they start to feed, you gotta take command of your team and keep them mentally alive. This is positive mental attitude you have to practice and bullshit, and it will win you more games. Bullshitting is the key, like even if you don't believe it, it still gives the people who can't sense your BS hope. I've always said the Riot MatchMaking was designed so that you had to pull an impossible carry and not designed to have an equal test of skill.

I try pal, I even have my own method but the problem is I think it's what has been keeping me down mainly in my placement games/MMR. My method is this, When I play I do what I call the " Babysitting" it's where instead of freezing lanes, or focusing on cs or just my lane in general I try to babysit my teammates and make sure they have positive scores so they don't rage and baby quit even if I have a bad KDA myself knowing I'm not as weak minded as they are.

Like have you ever played top and you have TP but instead of using it to get 8-10 cs you save it knowing your teammates will do something to get them in hot water, so you're losing a lead because you know your teammates will always need you. So you walk to lane like 3-4 backs instead of using it, your cs per min goes from like 6.8 to 4.4.
Should I just focus on myself and not my teammates and just go ham for now on ?

This is exactly why you can't get out of bronze/silver. You have a laissez-faire attitude of being the team's psychologist, and you cant win like that. You need to DESTROY your lane opponent, utterly, and then use your tp or roams to destroy other laners. You need to be the chaos factor--to make the OTHER team tilt HARDER than your team does. If you can make the other tilt-lords tilt before your tilt-lords do, you will win more games.

Limit your conversations to "good job" or "sick plays bro" or "group" or "awesome outplay" and objective pings, and nothing more.

You're right, I need to step it up and be better!

This right here. My god. I still try doing this so much. When I have a team that's not doing too hot in their laning phases I'll try to gank and protect them as much as possible so they can live and bring themselves back. I have sacrificed myself so many times to save teammates that continue making the same mistakes over and over. What I hate is no matter how many times I try to protect them or give helpful advice on how to make it better, I still see things like leonas chasing into enemy jg die while our team is defending base and go "TEAM???? WHERE YOU AT??!". It blows my mind! And eventually you have to just watch them do it. It gets extremely irritating I'd say its nice and beneficial to help your teammates but sometimes there's only so much you can do. It really comes down to the scenario. Id say for you to play the best you can for yourself unless your team is truly needing you and your assistance is actually gonna change that plays outcome.

I mute everyone at the start of games, enemy and my team so I don't see the stuff that they say. I always tell them " I'm going to mute you guys, communicate with pings" and that's it either they do or they don't but it's not that hard as you only need like 4 pings

  1. I'm coming/going over here ping
  2. Danger ping
  3. ? the REAL ? ping when people are missing none of that ????? when someone dies ping that's annoying!
  4. Assistance ping

The whole " team" is annoying as I see that constantly in streamers games and even the stream themselves but you look at the map as a viewer and teammates are either all dead or not even around to begin with so I do understand that.

I love it in my D4 games having silver 3 teammates that play like sivers and vs Diamond 5s and Plat 1s. Clearly it's an even match because the entire enemy team is 1 division lower than me, except I have a teammate that is 3 tiers below them.

Super satisfying gameplay.

Clearly I'm garbage and should demote "BECAUSE I COULDNT EVEN BEAT A PLAT 1 AS A DIAMOND"(the fact he is fed as fuck off a silver is COMPLETELY irrelevant to Rito Autisms).

So is Riot stating there is a problem, and people deciding to que up anyway. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

LegendmakerGX2 votes

Well it was 5 hours in and no one even got told there was a problem so that's another story there, Some people don't even go on the board until they think there is a bug. So you can't blame them when no one gave them a notification.

TheHappyReaperz1 votes

The client notifies you. There is a red/yellow/blue thing that displays current issues/changes in the game.

Sorry I think you miss read, the notification wasn't up for like 5 hours from what i hear which means that there was notification at all. That is why people are mad since for 5 hours Riot didn't notify anyone that there was a problem.

TheHappyReaperz1 votes

It was around 2 hours in between people reporting the problem, and Riot announcing there was a problem. Then they disabled Ranked.

Not easy, assuming they aren't lying.
