they add up to less than 50% play rate. (about 44%) Thats not that much.

you realize they are easy to kill, ashe can only disengage really not great on engageing jhin has slow movement speed cant do shit if you get behind him, sivir kind of just fucks you since she cs's well. Also jinx and Lucian are played a lot as well

There are always 3 or so top adcs. Then they get nerfed and a new top 3 is formed. The cycle repeats and by the end of the season everyone is complaining that adcs are weak. Lucian had his time now these guys get to shine

FTW Vayne, Lucian, Caitlyn, Ezreal and even Jinx have a popularity rate than the ones OP is complaining about.
