PSA: Time your opponent's CD

It is very important information for your team and for urself.

for example: you are Nasus top against a Riven and you are getting pushed to ur tower, but u know Riven burned both summoner 4 and summoner 14 on her lv1 attempt to kill u. So you tell your team "RIven no sums" and your Zed roams top for a easy kill.

in another case you are Zed against Ahri mid, and she just burned her summoner 4 and ult to escape your lv6 all in. you tell your team "mid no ult flash" and Vi comes in for easy kill on Ahri and together you guys destoryed her tower for global gold. now you are way ahead with her tower down, and you are ready to roam and snowball.

note that summoner 4 has a 5 minute CD and can be reduced by item 1333 enchantment and mastery.

You can take this concept to a much simpler and smaller level as well.

Let's say the matchup is you as Katarina vs an Ahri. As Ahri's most dangerous spell is her Q (and arguably her E, but much of that threat is backloaded into the fact that it synergizes into an easy Q), wait for her to use Q to farm and/or dodge it if she fires it at you, and then engage immediately upon her as it comes back. Similar to the case where you can tell your Jungler that the enemy doesn't have flash and can't defend themselves as well, an enemy without their strongest normal ability is significantly more prone to losing a trade or even losing to an all in if you engage the moment they use it without hitting you.
