Weird hitboxes wouldn't be nearly as frustrating if we could actually SEE what they are.

People always complain about how you can't see ratios, cooldowns, and rank scalings in client, forcing you to use an external site, but IMO it's just as problematic for clarity that we have no way of getting any visual representation of spell and champion hitboxes. I can understand why you can't see this in actual games, but it would at least be nice for it to be an option in practice tools or some sort of "debug" mode.

Coming from a background in fighting games, I've seen many times that not having this data can lead to even the most knowledgeable players to get misconceptions about spell behavior. The oldschool myth of "priority" in fighting games is a direct consequence of this lack of information that persisted well until the point where they could start datamining the games to get this info themselves.

The fact that Gragas' Bodyslam or Morgana's Q hit me even though it didn't look remotely close to hitting is primarily rage inducing because of this lack of clarity. You don't know precisely how far you have to move to dodge this shit, you have to "feel" it out over hundreds of games per champion and spell.

It is also a latency issue because whether you have 25 ping or 100 ping your positioning isn't exactly the same location as their screen.

No latency here.

Never once have you had an ashe ult or something clearly miss you but actually stuns you? Many shooter games or other online games have this issue it leads to players "leading" their shots. Certainly is not crucial by any means but it is a small factor many people do not take into consideration.
