Veigar E is a J4 ulti that lasts 5 seconds and stuns you for 2.5 if you touch the edge regardless of the time it is out.
Ahri's Ulti is 3 flashes that damage you ambiently for being near her.
Xin's newest ability that turns him invincible is annoying as hell.
But Urgots ult has a special place in hell. XD
My most hated champion ability used to be Malzahar R,
Now it's probably Twitch stealth.

for sure. The ability to make your entire team invincible in a teamfight is just meh.
's windwall duh, but ever since Ornn's release, his fire breath has been triggering me like crazy. As for an ultimate, 
, with the last changes its just every 10 seconds, its so annoying
Ability would be Yasuo Windwall.
Ultimate would be Malzahar. Because there's no counterplay to point and click suppression.

ult is cooldown is long His w used to be able to effect it and its essentially a heal that only works at fatal damage. Its rather weak for what it does.

% damage is far too high in this game and Max hp% true damage just isnt a fair to people who invest gold into defense and defense is already crummy versus regular damage unless you can get 6 items of one defensive type and assuming that the enemy doesnt touch penetration items because then it sucks again.

Infinite these champions stack too much off of skills they can use every less than 5 seconds they should only stack up to a point or have upwards of 10 second cooldowns even with cdr you know something that feels gated when they can infinitely stack.
