he can because he has 30-50 ap just from harassing, if he lands the stun post 6 is a guaranteed kill

His stun isn't a sure stun. It actually isn't even that easy to land (I guess my opponent was just too weak?)

You can guarantee the enemy will be trapped inside the cage for the whole duration
