Can we just delete tear of the goddess and buff the champs who buy it regularly?
I'll be completely honest here. If you're playing a champ who needs to buy tear of the goddess, you're playing a garbage champ. And yes there are some champs who actually NEED this item (Ryze, Cass, Ezreal, etc) because of how stupidly high their mana costs are. But aside from like 2 or 3 champs no one buys this item (none of the GOOD champions ever buy this). So instead of balancing champions around this item, why not just buff their mana regen or reduce their mana costs?
