Rene should get buffed into a late monster.
I mean you allow jayce to be close to the best lane bully while he maintains his good scaling. Why should Rene fall off harder than him while he is also melee? Logic right there! Oh buff Garen too. (more)

DunkinNoobs2 votesThat's basically all he does, but yes. Pure damage champions pretty much always fall off hard, especially burst oriented ones. Jayce is among them.

Ranged champs are allowed to scale and be lane bullies for some reason
. The damage ranged champs in general have during the early levels is stupid, especially Ryze. You can outscale them in lane but some are impossible to punish if they don't kill themselves
