Right now his new W says 30/45/60/75/90 (+5% missing health) Make it calculate exactly how much im gonna heal when when i hover my mouse over the ability , I don't think that change would be that difficult for you to implement.

30/45/60/75/90 (+5% (89) missing health) so it would look like this in the end

Other champions have similar mechanics in game mainly Rengar with the grey health you could do that to Aatrox as well.

Sorry but that would require Riot to do more work and actually be giving a shit about Aatrox.
