I can't even play new draft because everytime you just get thrown back into queue because a person got their secondary role or their champ got banned, like holy fudge I've been thrown back in queue too many times today and I am just sick of it. I never had this problem in the old draft

Now that option is gone and all those addicts are flooding the new queue with the same "I want to play this champion in this role ONLY."

You've addressed the core issue. The mentality of the players is the problem and they're supposed to talk things out&compromise in this particular case. Dodging abuse isn't the easy way out and should be heavily punished for.
That new TB was never meant to solve the problem. What it provided was reducing the frequency of role-pick conflicts. While Riot can develop systems to make relatively more comfortable gaming environment, it is ultimately up to players themselves to resolve player-related conflicts that do not breach rules.
