Instead of nerfing on-hit Neeko, can we just remove Rageblade already...
Every month it breaks a new champion. Just how long are we gonna pretend this item is fine

Removing rageblade would still be a nerf to on-hit Neeko...?

They can either nerf her damage numbers or they can remove rageblade. Either option results in a nerf to Neeko.
Or just revert the massive root buff and gut her on-hit damage.
Why would we remove Rageblade if Neeko is the problem with her onhit stacking every onhit, with both hurricane bolts and phantom hit? The hurricane interaction is the problem.
We have other champions like Kayle and Yi and Varus and Kai'Sa who build Rageblade but aren't issues.
