Take the training wheels off ranked team matches

When play ranked with faker you should see bjorkerson and wildturtle on the other team. End of story. This punishes high ranked players, its lonely at the top and getting there costs friendships, deal with it. Maybe we can have an easy/hard button but honestly if you want to smurf you should have picked normals anyways.

If bronze V queues up with diamond 1 the opponents should be diamond 1 in ranked and somewhere inbetween in normals. Yes this does prevent a type of unranked practicing for after you've been boosted, boohoo play some customs.

also you should be forced to take the full 5 into ranked after handpicked recruiting similar to teambuilder

absolutely not.

but I am interested in why you say this.

Why should ranked matches go easy on people who queue up with less good players IN RANKED?

I'm not saying ranked matches should go easy. I'm saying currently there is nothing we can do about it. DQue sucks we all know it does. However it seems like riot gives 0 shits about it. So until they fix the issue, what can we do? Nothing much. So lets not complain, lets just try to deal with the current state of the game as best as we can.

this is something we can do about though. Theres no incentive not to boost and no incentive to make a full team either. Honestly what they should do is use what they used to do on teambuilder where you go through and build a team and find people who are looking for full teams to join.

We need a recruitment process, followed by a chance to practice after recruiting followed by ranked play that shows no mercy whatsoever.

I agree to a point. However I'm also going to point out, if people are freelo boosting it's quiet possible its actually the HIGHER ranked player getting freelo off the lower ranked player. Not the other way around.

either way

under my system if you can get gold players to play with you on a team then you can boost up to gold level IF YOU CAN COMPETE WITH GOLD PLAYERS. If you are at least good enough to keep your team from getting dragged down then you are competent enough to be the 5th wheel on some team whatever. The higher rank should get little if anything for playing against people at a lower level and shouldn't be matched with them at all for ranked just because he went duo or pentaqueue
