When someone with Sated Devourer attacks someone with Thornmail, do they double damage every two basic attacks? Because if they don't, then this should be immediately implemented as a way to counter cancerous things like Sated Guinsoo's Yi or Jax.

Increasing the damage it reflected to champion with Sated Devourer and who stacked on-hit effects was the main reason Thornmail was changed to its current state.

ok, that's what i was thinking. thanks! Thornmail should still be buffed imo, because it counters right click champions, which are almost always cancerous (Vayne, Tryndamere, Kindred, Master Yi, etc). Grievous Wounds would be an interesting option...
