Time for an adjustment to fiora.

I don't know if it's a bug or not but every time my vitals would reset.. it would mark me facing her direction. Also her w takes almost no timing to use..You'll say she only has a 50% win rate.. okay well she also has a high play rate(10%) and a ban rate of over 30%..Being a master duelist is one thing.. but is there any reason that she should heal whenever she strikes a vital? Can we also make vitals only last for 10 seconds? If you try to cs while the vital is exposed towards her she's going to out trade you.. so basically if the vital is facing her.. you're automatically zoned from cs for 15 seconds.. this happens rather frequently and I feel as though the only one who can really out trade her well is shen.. eventually she'll scale late game and be a monster regardless of what happens. What do you guys think, does fiora need toned down? nerfed? gutted? buffed? Reverted to the old fiora? Reworked again? I'm curious as to what your responses are and look forward to them.
