Just like the title says basically. it wouldn't over power her because after using the stacks on the W you couldn't use the Q till having 4 stacks again. That and something else her E could do too (which i made another post about) Her kit just feels like it has not enough depth compared to other ADC.

but then i looked you up and saw youre b4. you really shouldnt make posts about game balance if you dont even understand the basics of the game. and with that rating, you belong to literally the bottom of the barrel when it comes to game mechanics, player skill and game knowledge.
ill explain it to you. ashes w is an extremely strong tool to kite and poke due to its range and area. its really hard to avoid the ability even by hiding behind minions, as a good ashe will find a way to sneak some arrows of the volley through. making the change you suggested would allow her to attack a minion twice, then throw a volley at her opponent. rinse, repeat until you have him pushed out of lane.
it would put the ability practically on a 2 second cooldown even early on. her waveclear would also be massive.
thats just one of the problems. in teamfights it would be almost impossible to move, as she could constantly throw volleys into the enemy team. its already hard enough as is with ashes core build containing essence reaver and hurricane.
hurricane would actually allow her to volley after every single auto attack, as long as she hits 2 targets with an auto attack and the hurricane bolts.

here we go with someone judging another player based on rank i have over 140k in ashe mastery and play alot of the other adcs thank you very much but if i was diamond this post would have hundreds of upvotes no ? regarding your words i just went over why the W is pointless ... and hurricance pretty much replaces her W mid game making it useless only really use it if you have the upperhand in a match for a ADC that dies almost instantly in every gank and has no escapes theres no question she should have a bit more depth in her kit.

yes, of course. thats what rank is for. to judge a persons ability to play and understand this game based on his performance.
if youre sitting in b4, it doesnt just mean you had a bad streak of games. it means youre far below player average and your game knowledge aswell as mechanical skill is probably severely lacking.
the player average of this game where most people are playign is about silver 3 to gold 5. thats where 50% of the player base of this game sits.
i mean i just have to go into your match history and can see that in 40 minute games you have about 150 cs. this isnt just below average, this is outright terrible.
mastery franky doesnt mean shit. it just means youve played a lot of games on ashe. but that doesnt mean youve really understood the champion.

you didnt have appropriate cs in even one of your games, considering the game times. this isnt an outlier.
and it should be pretty obvious, but this is a forum smurph. you dont think after 6 years, this account would be lvl 10 otherwise, do you?

i dont know where your problems with the individual games were. i can only see a conistently terrible performance. playing around these difficulties is part of the basics of the game.
learn the basics first before youre trying to judge a champions strength.
