So why have an Attack speed slow on her kit??

Remember Gragas? yeah he got his Attack speed slow from his Q because it was a hidden power so why Fiora still have an Attack speed slow?

Anivia Glacial Storm slows affected units' attack speed by 20% for 1 second.

Malphite Ground Slam slows affected units' attack speed by 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 3 seconds. Nasus Wither reduces an enemy unit's attack speed by 17.5% plus an additional 1.5 / 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7.5% per second for 5 seconds.

Nunu Absolute Zero slows the attack speed of all nearby enemy units by 25% while channeling for 3 seconds. Ice Blast reduces an enemy unit's attack speed by 25% for 3 seconds.

While fioras W is supposed to block abilities and stun the enemy but on top of all that they add hidden power that slow attack speed too..which make no sense!!!

its not hidden, how is it hidden? the stun is if u block a cc ,the slow is if u land the skillshot

I don't think you understand what hidden power is and why the attack speed slow was removed from Gragas' Q.

To clue you in, it was part of the Gragas rework in order to shift him away from being a long range barrel sniper mage to a in-your-face bruiser mage that matches him thematically and Riot's original intent with the character. So power was removed from his Q (and R) and placed elsewhere in his kit.
