How do I farm when jungle has no vision?

So I'm trying to improve as ADC and the one thing I don't know how to do is playing and especially farming from behind. Often times, I lose lane and die a few times and lose tower. Normally, I'd want to keep up in farm, but how do I do that when my jungle has no wards? The worst feeling is when the wave bot is pushing towards the enemy and it's past the river. I only get 2 wards including a control ward, which isn't enough vision if I'm the only one warding. Do I go mid and take cs/exp from my mid?

Like, I see pros still keep up in cs even when they lose lane and first tower, but I honest to god don't know how they do it.

My question is, how am I supposed to play? Do I just accept the fact that I can't go past river and just aram?

Vision doesn't just come from wards, but from who you can see clearly on the minimap.

If you can clearly see everyone on the minimap and they're not near the bottom half of the map, then it's safe to shove bot lane out and grab as much farm as you can.

Otherwise simply try to rotate lanes when possible. Mid is the safest lane for you to rotate to typically. If you move to push out other lanes hard make sure your support is with you, unless you're like a vayne or an ezreal with flash up.

The rest of it depends on the champions in-game and the state of the game.
