Does anyone find this season randomly REALLY hard to climb in?

This season i was placed Gold 4 and i want to end at least plat. Last season i made it up to Diamond promos, lost and tilted down to Plat 3 (my fault) Season before that made it to Plat 4 with little effort getting to plat.

This season i went from gold 4 to gold 1 promos to plat in like 50 games and a 53% winrate. But now im gold 2 (30 LP) with a 49% win rate.

Before people say "you're just tilted" im not, im just confused. Im not mad, losing is a part of the game. But i had amazing team mates (coordinating plays, changing picks to play well with who we had and vs what the enemy had, good wards, lots of helpful communication, nice and funny people) And now i swear to god ive reported probably 80% of my team mates in the last 25 games. All insanely toxic (racism, death threats, AFK, genuinely inting - literally saying "im inting" then doing so til we lose and trolls) And of course i make mistakes in my games, im not challenger for a reason and i dont wanna sound full of myself, but im better than the people im playing against. I win lane every time and come out of lane inbetween 2/0 and 4/0, i do well in the mid game, usually most CS, most damage, most objective damage, but there's always SOMEONE who's insanely negative or doing some form of toxic behavior and we just lose.

And i have been the reason i lost a game or 2, but seriously the games ive been getting are such low quality. I have literally 0 say in what happens in the game, whatever i do it doesn't matter.

Bonus meme, yesterday i was in a ranked game and we took their mid inhib, both nexus towers were down and we were winning every fight. My jungler got picked and the other team got baron, they pushed for the first time all game and took 2 towers, my team FF'd almost immediately after. Thank you elo gods.
