When a champion's passive is shown to have dealt damage, even though it's a passive that isn't supposed to deal damage, then that actually comes from the champion's keystone rune. No explanation for OP's situation though.

Just the other day I was killed by Lucian's Silver Bolts.

Apparently they do physical damage now. I don't remember that update.

I believe her passive and Ornn's upgraded Redemption are both called Salvation, so if you die to the item Salvation it uses her icon for Salvation.

When Irelia appeared on the PBE me and a friend went into a 1v1 in custom games to kill bots and get a sense of her abilities. At one point we fought each other for fun. He missed his ultimate on me, but ended up killing me.

My Death Recap said that the Irelia Ult did 1400 true damage to me. The one that does magic damage. The one that doesn't do 1400 damage. The one that he missed.

I once was killed by the spawn point laser when I was by baron.. I was like WHAT KILLED ME.. then it's like UNKNOWN TRUE DAMAGE... riot has lots of issues

I've had my team mates deathrecap show he took damage from one of my abilities. He then proceeded to freak out on me because he thought I somehow got him killed. Thanks Rito <3

Legit I can't even take the death cap seriously any more from the fact the damage never actually adds up to 100% of my health.

Died in .01 seconds from full. 1400 health. 2 abilities killed you (so it's not like there's 5 abilities just off screen). 123 damage total. lol love it when that happens.
