I saw the the preview of the new rune system, and it highlighted some runes. A rune that caught my attention was the rune "Stone Skin": Gain 5 armor and +2 for every nearby enemy champion

This has the EXACT same name and a similar effect to Wukong's passive. So I was wondering if Riot was going to rework Wukong's passive, as his passive will become absolutely redundant in both name and effect due to this new rune.

Is that 5% percent armor bonus armor based off how much you built? Don't tell me thats 5 flat cause thats shitty.

It's 5 flat - it's a "lesser rune" apparently.
