fix Garen`s W on `fun maps` 8 mr/armor with 16 kills /28 assists

i got 16 kills and 28 assists ,and only 8 armor/mr of 30/30 ,this is really stupid thing implying i cant farm 120 minions.

Given that his passive is one of the strongest for that mode, I wouldn't worry too much.

That being said, I preferred his W back when it was a percentage boost, not a stacking mechanic.

exactly the opposite for me.

you had to dedicate 2 item slots to something like a thornmail and a randuins, and on top of it somehow get 150 mr from items to make the w passive actually as good as its now.

the % mechanic heavily restricted his item builds. basically if you wanted to get anything useful out of it, you were forced to buy a lot of large resistance items, which didnt give your room to build anything else.

you didnt have the freedom of stacking straight health or ad without wasting a lot of his power budget.

remember that it increased his bonus resistances by 20%. with the way item 3035 items work now with very high bonus armor penetration, would it be much less effective.

stacking 150 armor is a lot of wasted gold if youre facing someone with a last whisper, as opposed to be able to stacking straight health and still get your 30 armor to synergize with that health.

the flat bonus makes his itemization a lot more flexible. i vastly prefer the stack mechanic he has now, which is also the original mechanic for the resistance bonus, before it was changed to the % mechanic in season 2.

Better yet, each rank past the first add a flat +5 armor/mres towards the bonus. Help Garen in off maps as well as give SR Garen a "Oh crap, this lane is going badly and I really need some extra bulk now" option.
