in the jungle you have shit itemization while being a lvl or 2 behind and if you get behind you stay behind and it only gets worse. at toplane you are free to build what you want while generally being the highest lvl, not to mention you have a wide variety of rune page choices at top.

Warrior was meant to be a stat stick item that AD heavy champions would rush to get early CDR and AD to start snowballing.

thats what most people try to do but why do something that isnt gold efficient in the jungle when you can do the same thing while being the highest level top?
