You can't honestly tell me the person who thought a .5 second 16 MS buff was fit to ship deserves to have a part in any future reworks.
This rework was so poorly handled. Its like the people who worked on him didn't put any thought into it outside of "How do we make it so it feels terrible to play as Vlad instead of against him?"
deadlychuck2 votesI honestly haven't played the vlad rework, but the last statement i feel is something that's very true across the board for most of the major reworked champions.
They failed in so many respects to make the champions feel good to play or familiar to play as. Based on how the champions turned out, i've got to wonder how many of the devs involved were even mage players.

might be ok but seems like she wasn't play tested at all.
From what i can tell it seems like riot has absolutely no idea what they want mages to be doing. I said this before the patch even hit. Then they just proved that it's true.

Nathaniell11 votesThat movement speed is a joke.. yes.. its actualy something like 10% bonus movement speed, but its soo freaking short and to make it even worst, I decreases over that 0.5 time.. so you have the full movement speed buff for something like 0.2 sec... its so bad you cant even notice it.

Minor 0.5 sec buff with decay. Sounds legit

that and I believe the damage should be more averaged out among the three Qs...
